Young chef Khelil Morin has created one of the most creative dining experiences on the right bank with his lively, inventive French cuisine.
A meal in this gallery-like space starts with an assortment of small tapas, followed by a series of contemporary French dishes with Asian accents that showcase both land and sea ingredients. The menu changes with the seasons, always offering a fresh and varied culinary experience. The meticulously designed interior of this modern bistro, skillfully blending aged leather banquettes, globe lamps, green marble tables, and the softly candlelit evening atmosphere, makes it a must-visit spot in Paris.

In the vibrant 10th arrondissement of Paris, this Thaî food restaurant with dimmed lights and a successful menu gently recharges batteries.
Maison Kapunka stands out for its surprisingly relaxing atmosphere in an electric neighborhood, where crowds of revelers and travelers pass by every day and night.
While the establishment follows current trends, the elaborately crafted cocktails, now almost indispensable on the capital's menus, are, of course, "signature," so we thoroughly enjoyed indulging in a green papaya salad with peanuts and lime (€8), a fish crudo with lime vinaigrette, shizo, and hibiscus, as beautiful as it is delicious (€14), a dish of beef "hot tiger tears" marinated in tamarind and lime (€18)… all washed down with a cocktail made with vodka infused with Thai basil, ginger, and lime (€12)
The overall experience is very successful. Just the thing to leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to conquer the city.
